Shipping and Cancellations

Since each Taomi is finished by hand, please allow two to three weeks after your paid order for delivery. Order cancellations are accepted anytime prior to shipping.

Return Policy

The goal is your complete satisfaction. Returns are accepted for any reason within 30-days of delivery. Complete the return form, or email directly at taomi@bravohorizons.com with your order number, and you will be provided a shipping label with additional instructions for returns. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds, less the cost of return shipping, are credited upon return of the item. Returns and refunds not accepted after 30 days following delivery. Upon submitting the return form, you agree to ship of the Taomi device with all included items such as bags and balls with the provided return label within 7 calendar days of creation of the label. Failure to ship within that time frame will result in cancellation of the label and return.

Craftsmanship

We are confident that you will be satisfied with the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of the Taomi instrument. Following the initial carving, each Taomi undergoes meticulous shaping, sanding, and hand finishing, resulting in a distinctive and unique product. Please note that the exact color, finish, and appearance of each Taomi may vary slightly due to natural variations in wood grain and type. We kindly ask our customers to appreciate and accept this inherent diversity. Your understanding enhances the overall experience of the artistry and craftsmanship involved in creating your one-of-a-kind Taomi.
